In 10 years of fighting, 14 peace agreements had failed. But a New Zealand peacekeeping force armed with guitars instead of guns combined with a push from the women of the country was able to bring about lasting peace.

Watson is seeking investment to finish the documentary and bring the story to the world.
To date, Vote issues have pretty much taken a back seat with voters as it pertains to the upcoming 08 elections. The Democrats all favor all things Socialist while the Republicans at least make a legitimate effort to cope with present day realities.

Those who vote 08 in the elections will have to decide the difference. The Democrats, fresh from passing the Omnibus package complete with all new records for earmark spending, have really tipped their hand this time. Funding for legal defense of illegal immigrants was passed; the amount was only a measly ten million dollars for their defense when they have to confront the big bad United States government to explain their law breaking presence here.

Those who may have wished to vote on budget issues will not get their chance during this vote 08 season, we just get to pay for it. Gitmo was also considered in the package. Democratic opinions run between shutting it down and making sure that the inmates, the battle field killers of the US forces, are pampered. The Democrats have their finger on the pulse of what the voters really want during the 08 Election season.

With the Iowa Caucus just around the corner all the candidates are putting their election face even closer to the windshield of the election process. This election year they face challenges that are not evident to the rest of us. Perhaps their greatest challenge is how to be in your face without appearing to be in your face, that is until after the election.

So far everyone seems to be doing an excellent job of it as they impress the voters with image over substance. Their challenge will be to hold steady and hope their momentum will carry them through as they are out of reinvention time by now.

Hillarie’s machine, those fine upstanding, ever-so-honest attack holdovers and hand-me-downs from Bill’s glory years have been chained up in a corner somewhere and told to hold off smearing anyone for a brief time. They will be out in force as soon as we get a little closer to the main election. They are currently out gathering up third grade essays from all the other candidates and preparing to unleash their vomit as soon as it is practical, translation, until after the Election.

The media has been given their walking orders by losing the vast majority of their viewers and readers due to their left leaning bias. In their case, shutting up is their challenge. They can no longer be counted on to run interference for the liberals as they have lost their impact. Only now, just days before the Primaries in Iowa , are the media showing their claws in liberal support.

Romney is defending himself from anything that might be Republican and lurking in the shadows, someone is going to have to remind him of Reagan’s eleventh commandment in the near future or he may self destruct even before the Iowa process, never mind getting to the 08 Election.

While watching the other candidates strut their stuff before the Iowa Caucus, one candidate stands out and requires no further introduction. Her record is clear indisputable and try as she might, she can’t Move On past it, neither can we.

The media wing of her campaign will come out as soon as practical as they smear, insult and disgust their way into radio reports and political events. Until then, they have to stay under wraps as they don’t represent the warm and oh so delightful Hillary Clinton as she has become this week.

Move On org has taken a low profile, just as she has. Why as delicate, hopeful, fresh faced and wholesome as Hillary has become, who would have believed that her minions, currently called MoveOn org could bring us a thing like the full page “General Betray us” page of the New York Times. Now that we are on the subject of Hillary and her minions, there are other things we need to thank her for before she simply MovesOn.

Social Services, weather you reside in the rural areas, a small or big city or town, maybe a large urban community, chances are you have several Churches or Temples or Chapels accessible to you.

Since most communities struggle with a percentage of local population that is either down on their luck, disadvantaged, in need or homeless, some means of governmental support and assistance is rendered to them by the community.

Since the government, Local, State and Federal seem to have problems making sense out of anything, they, in their infinite wisdom, have made it a crime for those entities such as Churches, Temples or Chapels to be endorsed by any government agency. This is the handiwork of The Social Services Nazi’s.

The result is that taxpayers as well as congregants pay twice; once through their taxes and once through their tithe in order to support those needing assistance. It would seem that The Social Services Nazi’s would be run out of town for even interjecting notions of such convoluted thinking by a sane society. Here, in the USA , the separation between Church and State people, have the government quaking in fear over issues like this.

Sometimes needs go further than food stamps, a shelter cot or hand-outs can fulfill. While the government makes legitimate efforts to fill these needs, they are able to supply only those things that are tangible necessities. The rest has to come from someplace else. The Social Services Nazi’s have made it all but impossible for the two contributing institutions, those with a Spiritual need to give and government institutions which hold purse strings, to work together.

In the span of just a few weeks, Facebook’s corporate image has descended from the lofty heights of cool new kid on the block to evil giant intent on exploiting its users for profit. Some users were surprised to find information about their online purchases added to their personal news feeds.

By luring in new users with promises to protect their personal information, then selling that information to its advertisers, Facebook has taken advantage of its position to in effect make the users work for their advertisers for no reward. Most successful online media companies seem to operate from the desire to make the world a better place, but it seems Facebook is now revealling other plans - world domination! But given the histories of those who have been Facebook’s main investors, it is hardly surprising.

All social networking websites in effect make their money from advertisers whilst having their users do all the work by creating the content of the site. A refreshing alternative though has recently come to the attention of Newsphiles - Yuwie, a new site that actually shares a part of its advertising revenue with its users. Given its obvious differences to Facebook, we won’t be surprised if Yuwie becomes 2008’s cool site.
